well #1 it says The Candy Co presents, not Red Bull presents. and #2, there is not a single Red Bull logo anywhere on the flier. Red Bull does not do ANY event without their logos plastered EVERYWHERE. go to their website and look at any of their events http://www.redbullusa.com/cs/Satellite/en_US/Red-Bull-Home/HolyShit/011242746208542and #3, Red Bull rarely does music events...they do extreme sports. And if they did, it sure as hell wouldn't be in Reno run by a janky 17 year old. |

Red Bull spares no expense and goes all out...where's the expensive headliner? wheres the Red Bull logos? this is so half assed and sloppy and not even being run by someone working for Red Bull. If they were officially sponsoring it, they would bring in all their own people, sound and lights etc. I don't really care, I just don't believe this to be official Red Bull event. |

I don't really care, I just don't believe this to be official Red Bull event.
I just worked a party in sac that was redbull sponsored. No big headliners, no logos on the fliers but tons and tons of free redbull and multiple big ass metal redbull bars. So I think its safe to say they do a lot more than what people would think..maybe they are being done by subcontractors without a direct affiliation to redbull.. |

I think its a deal like Chris said above. Its not "officially" sponsored by redbull..... its a promotions thing. redbull has an agreement with the venue (not promoter) to put up logos, give out free or "deals" on redbull drinks etc at the event. I believe that's what the pool parties at the peppermill do during the summer. The dj booths have red bull logos etc....and they paid for them to be built from what I was told. I have also played club shows where it was "sponsered" by stoli vodka. during the night girls go around giving people shots, and they asked the dj's to wear stoli t-shirts. I declined.  its all sales and marketing. but yes, tyree you should make this clear if this is the case. |
